This plan is for those who wish to combine using the app & coming to In-person classes. This plan gives you the opportunity to do both. Join us Every 1st & 3rd Sunday or Every Wednesday at 6:30pm  for our in person 1 hour yoga & meditation classes. Release all your worries & recharge your body mind & soul with our relaxing techniques. We have beginner friendly courses or Intense Yoga and knowing which one fits your lifestyle is important. Intense yoga is for those wanting to gain strength and durability. Beginner Friendly helps stretch your ligaments and helps you to see that Being consistent is key. Your body will comply with the commands you give it.  I will be there pushing your limitations so you reach your Highest level of success. We will continue to access your progress and come up with a routine that best fits your lifestyle. Each week we will add  more complex exercises and equipment added to enhance your experience. We will incorporate breathing techniques and handra mudras for our meditation segments.

This program was created to help further your skills and make sure you are practicing the techniques you have learned in my class. I will do a virtual meeting bi-weekly to access your progress and answer any questions you have. This plan is ONLY for individuals who have taken one of my classes.

Yoga LifeStyle 6 Month Plan

I created a fully personalised program to fit your lifestyle, with great resources at your finger tips. You will be able to learn from the comfort of your own home in the 1 on 1 VirtualBox. You will have full access to communicate with me by video on the App. We will do weekly update meeting as well to access your progress.

This is my most comprehensive 4 week program and it's available to students in hair school or individuals who have graduated and would like to obtain more knowledge on the fundamentals of locs. If you do not complete all the assessments in the 4 weeks no worries you can take your time to ensure proper knowledge is obtained. ( addional fees apply) All materials are provided to you if you are out of state they will be shipped to you ( shipping fee applies)

This program comes with mannequin head & stand so you can continue to practice after you have completed each session. During each session We will work together to discuss your strengths and weaknesses so I can help you improve & become the best Loctician. We will set weekly goals for you to achieve so get ready for it in the fastest possible time frame! This course is only 4 weeks long so be prepared to dedicate a couple of hours at least 2 days out the week.

LocSlayTion Academy-Advance Loc Training 

This program will be for 21 days and is designed to kick start your health journey by 1st getting a Yoga routine that best suits your lifestyle along with Evaluating your physical fitness capabilities. Using a simple yoga routine & light nutritious diet plan is suggested during this stage. You will be using minimal equipment! If you past this stage & like the experience sign up for our 1 yr membership to enjoy these features for a whole year. Horayyy !!!
